  1. Thank you so much for making this video!!! I have been vegan for three months. I have become very concerned about the number of vegans who are aging poorly. I want to know what they are doing wrong so that I don’t make the same mistakes.

    • hello man I found a vegan who is aging phenomenally and bought her book, as well as subscribing to her channel. I think the key is to find someone who has been vegan their whole life, aged well, and has great health. They are the people to learn from!

  2. Despite the white beard, you don’t look old. Your skin looks clear and healthy. You look like a very healthy 38-40 who is going silver in the beard a little early.

  3. People don’t get it. Good health and beauty you don’t succeed only been a strict vegetarian. If you practice all the 8 laws of health ( Nutrition * Exercise * Water * Sunshine * Temperance * Rest * Air * and Trust in God) THEN you will have a natural beauty. Loma Linda blue zone is a proven fact.

  4. I don’t think of it as a vegan diet, I like to think of it as the Eden diet!!! I quit smoking pot a while back and now I’m considering cutting out my animal flesh addiction and coffee addiction!! Thanks for your hard work this is very good information!!!!

  5. There are plenty of raw vegan’s out there in their 60s and 70s that look like they are in their late 30s early 40s. Show me pictures like that of people that consume cooked foods.

  6. the body can’t make living nutrients out of dead, cooked materials. Only by consuming raw, living nutrients that still got the life or light inside them will the body function optimally and therefore perform and look like a healthy young person.

    • That won’t fly here, but you’re right..or at least you used to be. Good luck finding 100% organic and unmanipulated meats and raw dairy nowadays.

      It has become a crime to sell these in their unpoisoned state.

      I’m from the UK, yh u r right raw milk is hard to find but available, grass fed organic meat is everywhere. There r countries (such as Scotland) which ban the sale of raw milk.

  7. I think it’s because the majority of vegans are eating processed food to replace the animal products. They need to just eat real, fresh fruits and vegetables and stop eating packaged foods like beyond burgers, soy cheese etc…. ridiculous….

  8. Ketogenic diets are being promoted hard so they must demonize vegamism because a vegan diet proves that the body runs on mostly carbs.

    • Not even close. I am in vegan ketosis right now fighting my cancer. And no, you don’t need carbs. Right now I am running on THE purest fuel I have ever had, my own fat in ketosis. It’s AMAZING!
