  1. I’m so completely encouraged by you. I feel honored I’m catching one of your clips – same day :-)! I woke up early. My breakfast was cucumbers, spinach and papaya. I’m currently drinking dandelion and lemon tea.

  2. Thanks, Paul! New to your channel. Started a plant based mostly raw diet in mid July. I gave up soda and started drinking only water and now I eat mostly fruit and one big salad a day and sometimes a baked potato for dinner. I put a small amount of chicken on my salad, other than that I eat only fruits and veggies. Before July I was eating the SAD and lots of fast food and processed sugar so I have made lots of progress. I’ve lost only 6 pounds but I’m only 140 and five foot four so not technically overweight but would love to get to 120. Thank you for your channel!! 💚🙏🏻
