This video is my reply to Zach Bauer from New2Torah about the vegan diet and the Bible.
I disagree with many of the points Zach stated and I made this video to let everyone know where I stand on the issue and the truth about what the Bible has to say about a vegetarian diet.

  1. If it can look at you, it isn’t food eh. jmo I gotta add, If fish be there for the catching, as well as the hunger….fish for supper, thanks be to Yah, as per.

    • Romans 3 verse 19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

Please take a look at how under the law is synonymous with being guilty before God.
are you guilty by doing what the law says or are you guitly for not doing what the law says???

Please consider Galatians 3 verse 23
But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

so before you became a believer in Yeshua were you kept under the law by doing the law??? I don’t think that is how it is meant to be taken.
All were kept before faith by being guilty before God and as such all were cursed. Only faith in Yeshua can save us from the being guitly or being cursed.
Now that you are free from the curse, or from the guilty charge laid on you, go and sin no more.

Consider how we are only given 2 options in Romans 6, obedience or disobedience, flesh or spirit, law or lawlessnes.

14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.

20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

    • The only person “under” the law are lawbreakers. If you never go over the speed limit, you never get a ticket. And Moses didn’t have any law; YHVH gave him His instructions to pass to the people. They are light and they are life. They describe the lifestyle of the coming Kingdom.

  2. Thank you Paul!! Yes!! We are a vegan family for health first and because society and the agricultural butcher house are not what they should be secondary but it still matters to us!! We have been accused of shaming people which we would NEVER dream of, if someone feels that way by eating a meal with us that is more their own deep issue then something we could ever say or do to them. YHWH never said don’t eat meat but He never said we HAD to except for Passover like you touched on!! Thank you so much for your response!!! Shalom and eat some carrots brother 😜

  3. I
am vegetarian out of certain health issues and it helps me not only to
scope better with the issues but also improve away from them to restore
and also heal me from. If you have arthritis you better think twice what
you eat and what not. Mr Bauer has lost the reality in which we live in
a contaminated planet by the argumentation he does. I am much better of
now than what I was 20 years ago with the disease I suffer of and live
today more normal than what was possible years ago. My gut is healed
from constant constipation and other alarming issues I had when I still
was a dead body eater. Now I see and that since many many years that I
put life and not dead into my body . Veggies, nuts and seeds and some
animal products without killing the animal is the way for me to stay
healthy and also become healthy again in certain areas and if I would
not have been listening to the guidance acc. it might be that I would be
physical dead longer time ago. Plant nuts and seeds based foods is a
life saver to me. Our bodies have been first of all created not to eat meat
besides it is also for us possible to eat meat. But we are not
dependent to survive, be healthy and thrive by eating dead animals. Yah
allowed it later , after the flood but as it is no command not to eat
animal meats it is neither to do so. Mr. Bauer talked so to justify his
behavour , what is his choice, but millions of people can proof him
wrong and you Paul are one of them as myself. .Thank you Paul for
reacting to the controversy and say what needs to be said.

  4. I wouldn’t say that Yah created us for eating only vegan / vegetarian , as I trust that he knew that we would eat meat thus designed us as such. But I do think there is a cost to eating such fleshly ways.

    • Adam 1984 – again he did make them as food, now I would agree not to the extent it has become. Seeing Noah after the flood, and the quail in the wilderness as such provisions.

    • Keith Gyarmati
After the flood, all the nuts, fruits and vegetables were destroyed !
that’s why God allowed them to eat flesh food until the nuts, fruits and vegetables grew back.

  5. Our Lord gave Noah instruction of which animals could be eaten when they got off the Arc. Can man eat meet? Yes if you follow his rules. Do we need to follow the animal around to monitor what the animal eats, NO, there are no such instruction…
    Deuteronomy 14:
Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing. 4 These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat, 5 The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois. 6 And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.

From the word of YAH –

  6. I eat very little meat. I find when I eat beef after not eating any meat for a while, I immediately become more impatient and irritable. I want to phase into little to no meat. I agree with the commentator.

  7. Being New Zealand born I love my lamb chops. Questions Paul, Why are Torah/Yeshua followers so unforgiving, unloving & uncompassionate? Why do ex “christians” who suddenly discover that they have to keep the Torah stop doing the things they did as “christians”? Worldly people treat me with love yet those who claim to follow Yeshua & keep the Torah don’t, why is that?

    • yahshu1 I feel the same way.People of the world are better to me than people @my church an otherwise..I quit going to church cause i had a health issue.I paid tithes in that church for years. They loved me.Well i lost both my parents back to back an ended up falling away.I came back to the faith thank yah for a 2nd chance. But i had no job anymore.Seem like i wasn’t as loved an showed attention.I have a health issue an surgery its kept me from church. Its a small church an im the only white person which that does not matter. But they dont come see me.I buried my nephew of 32 yrs old.My house was full of nothing but my friends from the world. They didnt even send a card.My husband isnt saved an it painted the church.Bought the paint.Him an my pastor go eat a biscuit on sunday .Im a Sabbath keeper ..But My husband said he doesn’t ask about me.He came over the other day an i walked outside. We spoke like nothing was wrong. But i agree..Now ive learned that We are not to pay tithes that was for the Levite’s cause they didnt get a inheritance.I got my Retired an have my tithes Put up..They dont know it.Now im thinking im going to find me a widow,A orphan/Fatherless/poor person an a Israelites.I will use it to help them..But i just want to be in the most highs will…Shalom

  8. Good Job Paul, outstanding explanation, eating meat or not eating is not a sin, it is a choice that may brings some health issues. The point is that I had never heard that someone had to switch from being vegetarian to be a meat eater to improve his/her physical condition, It is always the opposite.

  9. I totally agree with you.I dont eat seafood rarely a,piece of salmon,No pork, or turkey or processed An not just any beef ?But its mainly because its, sick,Its ful of disease an hormones..I started just like you because of a colon issue but i also researched.I seen awful stuff with hot Dogs.Ive heard horror stories about these meat packing co.I totally agree with you 100%.How do you stand on eggs.I do almond milk in my smoothies everyday .Its scary to eat anything unless you. grown your own.WHat supplements do you use?Thank you very much for this info..More people need to be aware of this because i believe that’s why so many are sick an dying young.. Thank you.

  10. The problem with Vegan “compassion” from my experience is that these are the very people that have zero compassion for their fellow humans, and further think themselves better than meat-eaters since they are “more compassionate”and “sensitive” than the others, which is nothing but pride and puffed up flesh. I know this is not the case with you Paul, but it’s what you find among most vegans. If you have to be a vegan for health reasons, that make sense, or even if it is just a personal choice; no problem. If you are following Yeshua and it isn’t a matter of pride, it’s your business, not mine. What matters is that we love Yeshua and the brethren, and obey Yeshua, and respect each other in loving-kindness.
