Rome Italy is on an anti-daylight diet. I've made videos of how I eat a raw food diet at home but how do we do it when we travel? In this video I show how we eat a raw food diet when traveling in Rome Italy. I also show how everyone else here eats.

  1. This is great, but don’t you use way to much fat in most of your recipes? I mean, all the calories are coming from oil fat in most of those dishes..

  2. Are you juicing are blending? I would like to get a Tribest personal blender for my trip to Italy and Germany in May. Do you have any ideas how I can do that? I’ve looked for them on previous trip and have not had any luck finding one. Italy is wonderful!

  3. Please turn off your analyzer and please do not be so judgmental. I am sure it was time when you ate meat, fish and other food that you do not eat anymore, so if you want to help people then do not be so negative about what they eat, rather help them, if you here not to help then go ahead and continue analyzing their food habits. We all are ON, we all part of each other. I have been vegetarian for 15 years and I am raw vegan for over 5 years.

  4. Not too sure the spinach is safe to eat… raw or cooked. It has too many pesticides. I don’t agree with you regarding not having a variety of fruit & veg avialable in winter in Italy… there are more fruits and veg than in the States and many north European countries. I’d have put some pomegranate seeds in the salad instead of yuk spinach. > Just a tip… x

  5. You have to understand that you are in the very center of Rome (Campo dei Fiori), where most of the eating spots are for FOREIGN torusits, that is NOT what Italian people eat daily, they do go out occasionally, but NOT in the touristic center, and usually eat freshly prepared food at home. It is a very traditional city and has a very small raw community, but fresh veggies and fruit are an important part of our diet, and so it is normal to eat up to 50% without even being a vegetarian.

  6. this is unfortunately what many italians who live in other countries do. they do not teach their language to their children.. this is so sad i would never grow a child outside my country
