Eat meat it has all the essential amino acids your body needs to repair its self and the energy to work all day.you can also dry it and carry it with you for days so not to starve.

  1. Paul Nison, I do have a question. In the Torah during Pesach, YHVH commands the children of Israel to slaughter an unblemished lamb, and to roast it and to eat all of it that evening and to not leave any of it before sunrise. How would you follow those commandments? Toda rabba.

    • Raw is my goal every day.As people we don’t need soo much protein but we need better quality protein.Thats what i have see if anyone have try the superfoods like spirulina and chlorella and other superfoods eating that stuff and you will feel superstrong at once. Eating meat doesnt do that effect.
      The point is for sure having better health also is to feel better when we are eating only with raw foods we feel better and we are alive!

  2. You have a great approach to eating and health in general .. People are generally eating sugars and processed foods to feed their brain instead of their body. The only meat I eat now are sardines..if people would only take their diet seriously, it would solve many of today’s health issues..great video!

  4. I’ve been a competitive athlete for 12 years and I have always ate loads of meat, I’ve been almost total vegan for the last six month and I’ve never had so much energy and mental clarity, wish I knew this year’s ago.

Toda, Commandment Keeper, but I was asking Paul Nison this question.Besides if you’re name is Commandment Keeper….. why wouldn’t you keep the commandment of eating an unblemished lamb during His set apart day of meeting with Him during Pesach?I, too, believe Yeshua is our Passover Lamb and Cohen haGadol, but I believe that none of the Torah, Writings, or Prophets were done away with as Matthew 5:17 reiterrates.

  6. Of course that was back in the day. Animal husbandry has changed so dramatically(for the worse) we have to consider other options today.

    *_i_* like plain meat… raw meat too… i LOVE sashimi… I love raw grass fed meat. No salt no seasoning… not _everyone_ can be 100% vegan.
    There is great variety among humans. Humans evolved from all over the world. Different genetic types. Some evolved eating mostly animal fat, some evolved eating lots of insects and nuts, some evolved eating mostly veg, some on blood and meat…. etc etc…
    I guess I’m more of a hairy throw-back 😉
