“Cannbidiol (CBD), a non-psychoactive component of the marijuana
plant, has generated significant interest among scientists and
physicians in recent years—but how CBD exerts its therapeutic impact on a
molecular level is still being sorted out. Cannabidiol is a pleiotropic
drug in that it produces many effects through multiple molecular
pathways. CBD acts through various receptor-independent channels and by
binding with a number of non-cannabinoid receptors and ion channels.
Here are some of the ways that CBD confers its therapeutic effects.
CBD and FAAH
Unlike psychoactive THC, CBD has little binding affinity to either
the CB1 or CB2 cannabinoid receptors. Instead, CBD indirectly stimulates
endogenous cannabinoid signaling by suppressing the enzyme fatty acid
amide hydroxylase (FAAH)—the enzyme that breaks down anandamide, the
first endocannabinoid discovered in the mammalian brain in 1992.
Whereas the cannabinoid molecules found in cannabis are considered
“exogenous ligands” to the cannabinoid (CB) receptor family, anandamide
is an “endogenous” cannabinoid ligand—meaning it binds to one or more
cannabinoid receptors and is found naturally inside the mammalian brain
and body. Anandamide favors the CB1 receptor, which is concentrated in
the brain and central nervous system. Because FAAH is involved in the
metabolic breakdown of anandamide, less FAAH means more anandamide
remains present in the body for a longer duration. More anandamide means
greater CB1 activation.
CBD enhances endocannabinoid tone by supressing FAAH.
By inhibiting the enzyme that metabolizes and degrades anandamide,
CBD enhances the body’s innate protective endocannabinoid response. At
the same time, CBD opposes the action of THC at the CB1 receptor,
thereby muting the psychoactive effects of THC.
CBD also stimulates the release of 2-AG, another endocannabinoid that
activates both CB1 and CB2 receptor. CB2 receptors are predominant in
the peripheral nervous system and the immune system.”
“Cannabinoid receptors, located throughout the body, are part of the Endocannabinoid system which is involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood, and memory.[1]
Cannabinoid receptors are of a class of cell membrane receptors under the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily.[2][3][4] As is typical of G protein-coupled receptors, the cannabinoid receptors contain seven transmembrane spanning domains.[5] Cannabinoid receptors are activated by three major groups of ligands: endocannabinoids, produced by the mammillary body; plant cannabinoids (such as Cannabidiol, produced by the cannabis plant); and synthetic cannabinoids (such as HU-210). All of the endocannabinoids and plant cannabinoids are lipophilic, such as fat soluble compounds.
There are currently two known subtypes of cannabinoid receptors, termed CB1 and CB2.[6][7] The CB1 receptor is expressed mainly in the brain (central nervous system or “CNS”), but also in the lungs, liver and kidneys. The CB2 receptor is expressed mainly in the immune system and in hematopoietic cells.[8] Mounting evidence suggests that there are novel cannabinoid receptors[9] that is, non-CB1 and non-CB2, which are expressed in endothelial cells and in the CNS. In 2007, the binding of several cannabinoids to the G protein-coupled receptor GPR55 in the brain was described.[10]
The protein sequences of CB1 and CB2 receptors are about 44% similar.[11][12]
When only the transmembrane regions of the receptors are considered,
amino acid similarity between the two receptor subtypes is approximately
68%.[5] In addition, minor variations in each receptor have been identified. Cannabinoids bind reversibly and stereo-selectively
to the cannabinoid receptors. Subtype selective cannabinoids have been
developed which theoretically may have advantages for treatment of
certain diseases such as obesity.[13]”

As a believer in natural medicine, I must say that I think that cannabis medicine is something that absolutely has fantastic benefits for those in need. Blanket statements against these things are kind of immature in my opinion. There are accepted medications by many as long as they are prescribed by a heathen doctor and filled by a NWO backed pharmacy such as oxycodone, benzodiazapines, psychological drugs, etc. I agree that alcohol and marijuana can be a problem and they are for me especially, but I have seen extreme benefits for certain patients, especially with high CBD blends used in medicinal form. The difference between medicine and poison can be dosage.
I would also point as addiction and sickness of the soul to be the main problem that should be identified first and foremost. If drug and alcohol addiction is one of these symptoms then steering clear of all things associated may be right and necessary. But I’ve seen other addictions, more hidden addictions ruin lives as well – addiction/underlying issue : exercise/vanity, adrenaline/emptiness inside, pornography/sexual immorality, food/gluttony or lack of control, spending money/envy, television and entertainment/sloth… Some addictions are visible, some kill immediately and some slowly, but all show a God shaped hole in the soul that most people look to the wrong areas or gods to fill.
So while I agree with some things, I disagree with others the bottom line being that I see society today abusing or misusing what is for our good. Hemp, alcohol, cannabis, poppies, nutmeg, coca, jimson weed, mushrooms, etc can be nutritious and medicinal if the proper education, discernment, varieties, and dosages are used or they can be abused and used as drugs and become addictions. The word condemns divinations, sorcery, and the such and if something alters your mood or reality you better take a long and hard discerning look at what you are opening yourself up to and messing around with. If you responsibly supplement or medicate with natural things I see no condemnation in such and actually see some danger in the brethren dividing amongst itself and finding sin where there is none. Let each man be condemned into himself by the Ruach. We shouldn’t watch each other harm ourselves without warning, nor should we condemn each other.

It has a lot to do with the culture they can pervert anything and everything especially cannabis it’s an easy target but it’s an obvious medicine. It’s the cultural influence that has every thing to do with how it effects you and unfortuenly it effects me negatively but I’ve seen how it’s also used to get me to see that battle between good and evil more and more clearly and give me a fair choice to follow what I want. Free will. But it’s also clearly shows you the reprocautions of said actions. All that being said it’s an intoxicant, not poison like alcohol but intoxicated the mind or almost binds it to uncertainty if your mind and body; astral body are not your own in a sense. The down side to this is that Indica or kush makes you tired physically and spiritually so it’s easier for things to slip through you. And in this devilish culture with cannabis that’s only fuel to the fire. The devil illegalized hemp and cannabis because they threatened industries and corporations who bought out the United States in the 1920’s, I believe or earlier. Anyways the only way the devil would allow such a cannabis culture back is by using slang and a devilish culture to go by when using it. A layed back, whatever culture that is a do as thou wilt attitude which was helped by the music industry or wizard industry casting spells on people in unsuspecting ways. The counter culture movement. See how long it takes for cannabis to be demonized to such a degree. Both alcohol and cannabis have been misused for long periods of time since Babylon and probably before but that’s not how it has to be and how it really is both. Both are fungal influences and fungi are gods creations they are they’re own animal kingdom that’s just how vast this life form is. They cause illness, disease, but they also cure it. Glutoney plays a role with alcohol and cannabis consumption. I believe as a true believer and follower of Yahuway one must raise and nurture one’s own cannabis, hemp plants as well as alcohol as that’s the surest way to have the purest energy with either one. Alcohol is made with the intention in factories to get you hooked and dependent on poison as well as let you know on the package just what it will do to you. Same can be said with tobacco. Perhaps tobacco wasn’t made mearly for poison but has medicine roots to it. Knowledge is and understanding of the reasons and benefits to all of gods creations is key to living in the kingdom.
Unfortuenly I have no doubt most mass cannabis manufacturers are free masons at the core and put all kinds of poison in the plants. But in this day and age to us cannabis and lead away from the world and seek the holy kingdom of the spirit then I’d say that’s an up.

Drinking to achieve any kind of intoxication is wrong…. remember Satan is prowling like a lion….the wine the Jews drank had very little percentage of alcohol less then 1%, they weren’t getting drunk on it, their water was contaminated and the small percentage of alcohol helped kill any kind of parasites in it..

Cannabis is medicine from the Creator , it got me off of a decade of opioid abuse!Why do we have canabinoid receptors some of us are sick and need it to improve our quality of life. Its not a party thing for everyone!

I’ve had this discussion with Zach Bauer, he acknowledges that there are medicinal uses for cannabis. If you wish to call it by the name demonized by the government, that is your choice. Cannabis is a medicine used in oils in the Bible, but like anything, it can be abused.
In 2012 I was diagnosed with cancer … after prayer I was led to the book of Leviticus, there I found the reason I have cancer … I didn’t eat as God commanded. From that day I have followed Leviticus ch. 11 and all of the chapters in Leviticus. YHWH is smarter than we can ever be, He gives us instructions for our health, that includes cannabis, not to get high, but as a medicine.

I live with after effects of an abusive esrly marriage . The head trauma i sustained resulted in life long seizures , severe memory loss , anger out bursts ,anxiety . A few decades later a neurologist opened a book fr me and showed me a paragraph to read it sd marajuana : natural anti-convulsant . He never sd a word to me but sd he’s see me next time . I took his lead and procured the herb fr myself . I am a Christian who loves the lord and hve never felt condemnation , guilt or that i was doing something against God . CBD oil is a wonderful blessing and I recommend it.

I’m not trying to justify Cannabis. I love the Lord and do not want to grieve the Holy Spirit. However, I suffer repercussions of head trauma from being ejected from a car, severe whiplash, concussion, neck, and spinal injury. My neurologist told me down the road as I got older I would encounter challenges. Part of my challenges is now seizures, memory loss, and cannot seem to retain making of new memories. I stare at my husband A LOT to try and make new memories in my mind. I cry a lot because of this.
I have lost motor skills, balance, and focus. I can’t remember a lot of my life or major key memories in my life. I feel like I have lost the person I really am. I can’t recall Biblical knowledge I know and have learned ALL MY LIFE! .. like its a lost and distant memory. Its depressing. I also feel like I let God down because I forget to come close and spend time with him.. these are just some of what I experience. It affects everything. As I get older I also worry deeply about myself and my neurological health.
I take CBD oil and have tried Cannabis ONLY to stay away from the poison medications my neurologist has given me. The last medication he suggested he told me to go home and discuss with my husband that if I decide on this medicine to strongly consider not having or planning to have children. Medical studies now prove Cannabis helps repair the neuropathways and stimulate the brain to heal, reduce seizures, help with depression along with many many other benefits..it is the ONLY reason I tried it.
I believe in the power of healing and prayer.. but sometimes you have to walk out your healing. There is scripture that speaks of the seed baring herb, the plant of renown for food and the healing of nations, and kanebosem used or infused in the holy anointing oil. I am researching more on this. However, I am deeply torn being told Cannabis is bad.. and it’s negative stigma. As someone who deeply loves God, and want to please him, I find myself conflicted and wonder if I am not pleasing him. I just want biblical and sound truth to know is CBD or Cannabis wrong. I am praying about it.

You are correct. The Bible is not against alcohol. Jesus said a little wine is good for the stomach. Marijuana is a herb, plant, that is also good for the body. But as with all things, through proper use. As we are predominantly water beings…carbon, smokey inhalations of any kind are better avoided. In correct volumes, as a food or drink, it has throughout time been observed, as having many powerful healing properties, for man and beast. It is very cheap and very resilient.
